 Jim has spent several years in the HVAC industry in both a Service and Sales role. After spending 2 years selling services and PM programs in the commercial sector, Jim then turned his efforts into representing equipment manufacturers while working for a local distribution company. Realizing a need for a company whos’ sole focus was on the growing Heat Pump market, Jim formed Simply Ductless, to promote Ductless Heat Pumps in the CNY marketplace.

Simply Ductless has grown exponentially after being accepted as an approved contractor through NYSERDA and their efforts to promote Heat Pump Technology. In 2020 Jim continued the relationship with NYSERDA as they handed off Rebate efforts to the municipalities directly. Simply Ductless is an approved contractor offering energy rebates directly for National Grid, NYSEG and RG&E.

Jim plays an active roll in the daily company operation. This includes; Sales, Site Surveys, Proposals and a job site presence. Jim is available to anyone seeking to improve their homes Heating & Cooling system, energy efficiency or education on the growing Heat Pump market.

 Joe has spent the past 10 years in the Ithaca market as an independent contractor serving hundreds of residential and commercial customers. After years of working on projects ranging from Boilers, Hot Water Heaters, Furnaces and more- Joe decided to join the Simply Ductless team in 2019 and focus his efforts on providing solution-based Heat Pump applications.

Joe is instrumental in the design and application of heat pumps and leads the way in providing solutions that maximize energy rebates offered through the municipalities. It is Joe’s design that allows every installation to go flawlessly and with 100% satisfaction.

Joe has very diverse knowledge in a wide variety of Hydronic and Heating & Cooling principles. This ability has allowed Joe and Simply Ductless to offer many more solutions than just Heat Pumps to our customers.

 Mitch is a graduate of Baker HS in Baldwinsville, NY and serves as an installer for Simply Ductless. As a vital member of our installation team, Mitch is growing as a technician and leads the way in most of our installations. Mitch leads the way for our team in equipment placement, mounting, wiring and startup. Mitch also leads our PM programs and is helping many customers keep their systems running at optimum efficiency levels. His skill set grows with every installation as he assists Joe in every facet of the Heat Pump installation.
