Installation/Replacement

We will provide a thorough exam before deciding to replace your unit. If needed, our skilled technicians have been trained to install the highest rated appliances.

Repair/Maintenance

Not only will we keep everything running at full capacity but we will offer insight on what you can do to keep your unit maintained between visits.

Cleaning

Depending on the indoor conditions of your home, units should be cleaned quarterly, or annually at the very least. Dirt, dust, mold, and other nasties can build up in your system. It is vital for both your unit's longevity, and your personal health, to schedule routine cleaning.

We have the capability of cleaning any manufacturer's units, whether installed by us or not.

LABOR

FIRST HOUR / DIAGNOSIS

150

Includes the first hour and travel to diagnose your concerns. We will give you an estimate along with an itemized list of parts and services required, after going through our check process. May include additional hours, based on your needs.

ADDITIONAL HOURS

130 / hr

This hourly rate is PER TECHNICIAN, and does not include parts and consumables necessary for repairs. All details will be described and discussed with you, prior to executing the work.

VRF - Variable Refrigerant Flow

200 / hr

Includes all diagnostics and repairs. Rate is per technician. Does not include any parts or consumables for repairs.

LIMITATIONS & POLICIES

These above services are strictly for the following circumstances.

1. New equipment installed by Simply Ductless.

2. Any LG equipment and units, regardless of who installed it.

CLEANINGS

Routine cleanings will be covered under a customized service contract, written based on your needs. We will clean any manufacturer's units, regardless of age.
